We currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) and the following regions:

  • Northern Ireland

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer several shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99, 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: £6.99, 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier rates or promotional periods.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Holiday times outside the normal bank holiday periods will be clearly shown on the website.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after e.g..3 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

If there are any issues or delays with your order, you will be notified via email.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

5. International Shipping

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. If your shipping address is outside of the UK mainland, there may be additional shipping charges.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
